Terms of use
PEAR is software that launches coins on Pump.fun and runs their payouts on Solana. Using it means you accept these terms.
Last updated 19 October 2026.
What PEAR is
PEAR builds Solana transactions for you to sign: launches on Pump.fun, trades on a coin's bonding curve or PumpSwap pool, and the signatures that link an X account or a coin's links. Your wallet signs; PEAR never holds your keys.
Coins launched here share their Pump.fun creator fees with PEAR's automation wallet, which pays them out as each coin's page describes: 80% to the coin's holders and 20% to $PEAR holders, after any platform fee shown on the site.
No advice, real risk
Nothing on PEAR is investment, legal or tax advice. Memecoins are volatile and most lose all their value. Prices, market caps and payout estimates are estimates from public chain data and can be wrong or late.
Payouts depend on trading volume, on-chain liquidity, network conditions and third-party programs (Pump.fun, PumpSwap, Jupiter, Tensor, Magic Eden). They can be smaller than expected, delayed or not happen at all.
Stock coins
A coin pear'd with stocks references tokenized stocks (xStocks) on Solana. Its holders are paid in USDC, never in the stocks themselves. Holding a PEAR coin gives no ownership of, or rights in, any company or stock.
xStocks are not offered to US persons or residents of other restricted jurisdictions by their issuer. PEAR does not buy or send xStocks to holders.
Your responsibilities
- You are of legal age and allowed to use these services where you live.
- You are not on a sanctions list and do not act for anyone who is.
- You do not launch coins that impersonate people, brands or other coins, or that infringe anyone's rights.
- You check every transaction in your wallet before you sign it.
PEAR may hide a coin from its pages at any time. Hiding changes nothing on chain: the coin keeps trading on Pump.fun.
Fees
Pump.fun charges its own trading fee on every trade. PEAR may charge a launch fee and a platform fee on claimed creator fees; both are shown on the launch page and in each coin's details before you sign. Network fees and Jito tips are paid by the wallet that sends the transaction.
No warranty
PEAR is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, PEAR and its contributors are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, including lost funds, failed transactions, payouts that do not arrive, or bugs in PEAR or in the programs it uses.
Changes
These terms can change. The date at the top shows the latest version; using PEAR after a change means you accept it.
